Telecommunications Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate crew members in the installation and repair of underground telecommunications cable
- Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to company rules, regulations, and standards
- Operate and maintain diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on job sites
- Locate underground cable and perform general construction work, including physical labor and equipment operation
- Inspect trucks and equipment for defects and maintain daily production sheets and OSHA logs
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (3+ years preferred)
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment
- Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities
- Capable of lifting/carrying 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
