ServiceMaster Supervisor

ServiceMaster Maintenance Systems by Nielsen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
• Oversee staff performance and ensure that all assignments are completed in accordance with set task schedules.
• Perform inspections and provide constructive feedback to staff members to help them improve their performance.
• Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations, and use proper PPE where required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (plus is not required).
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast-paced and multi-tasked job.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions, and differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs, and stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach over head, and reach forward for extended periods.
