Responsibilities as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician:

Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting general mechanical tasks on aircraft and associated systems.
  • Removing and installing panels and components.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with aircraft systems and components.
  • De-fueling aircraft as necessary.
  • Performing engine removals and installations.
  • Operating ground support equipment efficiently.
  • Inspecting and evaluating aircraft and their components.
  • Assisting in aircraft movement and performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintaining and repairing shop facilities, equipment, and tools.
  • Utilizing basic computer skills to navigate electronic training materials, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Executing any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an Airframe and Powerplant License. A valid driver's license suitable for airline travel and/or a valid passport is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Technician I: 0-2 years of experience as an A&P mechanic.

Technician II: 2-5 years of experience as an A&P mechanic.

Technician III: 5+ years of experience as an A&P mechanic.

Work Schedule:

Shift I: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Shift II: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM.

Weekends: Friday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM.

We seek team-oriented individuals who are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where meeting deadlines is essential.

Responsibility:

Regular attendance is crucial, including overtime and weekend assignments. Notify your supervisor in advance if you are unable to work. Reliable transportation is necessary to ensure consistent attendance.

All work must be performed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines, adhering to company and safety protocols during all tasks.

Maintain a customer-oriented approach in all work habits.
