Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales and customer service activities both online and in-person
- Collaborate with management and customer experience teams to ensure efficient task completion
- Manage administrative responsibilities including deal documentation, underwriting, and inventory oversight
- Implement company directives and initiatives effectively
- Assist customers through phone communications, appointment scheduling, and providing information on their options
- Work collaboratively to meet sales objectives and manage dealership operations
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Exhibit professional communication and persuasive abilities

Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of drug test and background check
