About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Logistics Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support, creating quotes, processing orders, and maintaining contact with sales reps and vendors to answer inventory and shipping questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Create and manage quotes, orders, and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales, inventory, and shipping activities
  • Collaborate with sales reps and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Analyze and approve new material contracts to ensure alignment with company goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, relevant experience is highly valued
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or customer support
