Nurse Practitioner

Helio Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Binghamton, NY. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to individuals affected by substance use, mental health, and other behavioral health disorders.
Responsibilities:- Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Service Director, and/or Program Director to provide patient care.
- Communicate with supervisors, medical providers, and medical directors regarding patients' medical concerns.
- Monitor patients' medical status, signs, and symptoms of withdrawal, and report to supervisors and/or medical directors.
- Collaborate with other medical staff across the agency and in the community for continuity of patient medical care.
- Provide direct patient care, including medical examinations, implementation of medical orders, treatment of medical conditions, and communicable and infectious disease reporting.
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse currently registered by the New York State Department.
- At least one year of experience or comparable training in the treatment of substance abuse and/or substance dependency.
- Basic computer skills required.
