A physician-led Hospitalist group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team of healthcare professionals. This day shift position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with other hospital staff and departments to provide patients with the best possible quality care.
Job Details:- No procedures are required, and the work environment is call-free.
- No ICU patient visits are required.
- The schedule is 7 on/7 off, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.
- The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is Cerner, with Dragon for dictation.
- Job duties include performing rounds, admissions, and discharges, as well as participating in daily multidisciplinary rounds.
- The hospital has 197 beds and offers excellent subspecialty support.
- Annual compensation is $170,000, based on 182-day shifts, plus a productivity incentive.
- A higher shift rate is received when working more than scheduled shifts.
- A comprehensive benefits package is included.
- 1+ years of recent experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner.
