We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed team at American Vision Partners in Lubbock, Texas. As a Senior Ophthalmic Anesthesia Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our CRNAs enjoy immediate high volumes with strong referral networks, state-of-the-art technology, and a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for ophthalmic procedures using various techniques, including peribulbar, retro-bulbar, topical, local infiltration, intravenous sedation, and analgesia.
  • Formulate safe and effective anesthetic care plans for each patient, utilizing their medical history, physical examination, laboratory data, and discussion with patients and physicians.
  • Participate in planning peri-operative patient care with physicians and nursing staff, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of each patient's anesthesia, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
