Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Welding Operations Specialist to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in welding operations and be able to lead and train other team members.

Estimated Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the welding operations team to ensure high-quality production and meet production targets.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in welding operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Welding certifications (e.g. AWS, ASME) highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
