Your Role
A Residential Property Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the sale of residential properties on behalf of clients. In this capacity, clients will depend on you to sell their property efficiently and at the best possible price. You will analyze local market trends and stay informed about industry developments.

Real estate transactions can be daunting, so strong communication skills and proficiency in sales techniques are essential.

A successful Residential Property Sales Consultant will be adept at prospecting new client relationships and networking with industry peers. A goal-oriented mindset, focused on personal growth, will contribute to your success as a high-performing agent.

The ability to think on your feet and creatively solve problems is crucial for standing out in your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in preparing their homes for the market.

• Support clients during the home search process by accompanying them to showings and open houses.

Compensation Details
Compensation in the real estate sector is directly linked to a Real Estate Professional's performance.
