Your Role

A Certified Real Estate Sales Associate not only lists and oversees property sales but also engages in networking and coordination with buyers and sellers.

Given the personal nature of the listing process, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. You will guide clients through the sales process, ensuring they receive optimal value for their properties.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a flair for creativity.

The real estate landscape is constantly changing, and we seek someone who can devise innovative strategies to attract potential clients.

Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing will greatly benefit your career in real estate. If you already hold a real estate license, we are eager to connect with you.

In this position, you will:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels.
  • Provide insights on the local real estate market.
  • Clarify questions regarding contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
  • Utilize technology to maintain a database of clients and prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on transactions.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities through various platforms.

Compensation in the real estate sector is directly linked to the performance of the Real Estate Professional.

High-achieving, dedicated agents have the potential to earn $100,000 or more annually after establishing a solid client base.
