Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
  • Respond to emergency situations and calls throughout the facility, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and operations.
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs to maintain system operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in repair of stationary or mobile equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in mechanical repairs, including electrical and plumbing trades.
  • Operation of tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts, and other types of equipment.
