Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Briarcrest Apartments. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Assist with resident work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
