Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative - Outside Sales to join our team at Core Fiber Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets in the Colorado region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, account management, or a related sales role within the subscriber-based recurring revenue industry. You will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product and service offerings.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Core Fiber's offerings and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for onboarding and ongoing account management.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the sales management team.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related sales role within the subscriber-based recurring revenue industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and pipeline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
