Customer Success Manager

Kastle Systems is a leader in managed security, serving over 460M square feet of real estate globally. Our integrated security solution reduces costs and improves performance for building owners, developers, and tenants.
Responsibilities- Build long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Act as a client advocate within Kastle, ensuring all aspects of our services are delivered as expected.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our service, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with Business Development Managers, Project Managers, and other teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Focus on client retention and renewal, driving a 95% client retention and renewal rate, as well as an average 2% renewal revenue increase.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of Account Management/Customer Success Management experience.
- Ability to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
- Professional, polished appearance and articulate communication skills.
- Technical competence, including understanding of software, hardware, networks, and proprietary software.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, persistent, and skilled negotiator.
- High level of initiative, self-directed, and works well in a team environment.
- Open floor plans with ambient noise and activity consistent with office or call center work.
- Active construction sites and new locations.
- Up to 30% travel, including travel to client sites.
