Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our store operations and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and guiding your team to excel in their roles and uphold our high-quality standards.

The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is one of the nation's largest title lending companies, helping thousands of people every day get the cash they need through title loans/pawns and personal loans.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop all store employees to obtain new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
  • Lead the charge and set the example for all store employees to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations. Audit loan/pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff accordance with procedures and practices.
  • Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
  • Minimum one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience
  • Hands on cash management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
