HVAC SERVICE SPECIALIST

  • Proficient in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining Commercial HVAC systems
  • Possess EPA certification for refrigerant management
  • Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Accountable for the installation, upkeep, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance and identify system malfunctions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client questions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least four (4) years of experience in multiple HVAC disciplines
  • State or Federal licensure/certification is mandatory
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must supply personal hand tools
  • Availability to work any day and shift is essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute preventive maintenance and repair tasks on all facility systems
  • Lead and inspire team members
  • Organize projects and manage work schedules
  • Address and rectify unsafe work practices or conditions

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Coordination and dexterity for tool usage
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items
  • Ability to think clearly and respond calmly in various scenarios
  • Effectively lead and supervise team members

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Adaptability to various temperatures and surfaces
