The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Sales and Artistry Specialist.

This role is pivotal in representing our brand's expertise through sales, education, and artistry across a diverse multi-retailer territory.

The Specialist will oversee the effective management of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both department and specialty retail environments.

As a brand ambassador, the Specialist will embody our core values and strategic priorities, driving optimal financial performance by maximizing sales potential and delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition to managing daily operations, the Specialist will strategize for future needs while executing key responsibilities in sales, brand engagement, merchandising, training, and team development.


Location:
This position is based in Houston, Texas.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales

Achieve and surpass financial targets within retail locations.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS), Mix of Business (MOB), and overall sales rankings.

Set and communicate individual and team sales objectives, developing tailored strategies to ensure success.


Analyze sales performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement through artistry, education, and operational excellence.


Customer Service

Lead by example, consistently demonstrating exemplary service standards to both clients and team members.

Enhance customer service experiences through in-store support, training, and event execution.

Address customer inquiries and concerns with sound judgment, aiming for positive resolutions.


Collaborate with the Education team to ensure ongoing training and development, maintaining high standards in service and artistry.

Strive to extend exceptional service beyond the retail environment, including personalized makeup applications and proactive client engagement.


Team Development

Anticipate staffing needs and actively participate in recruiting top talent to meet business objectives.


Conduct impactful training sessions for in-store teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards.


Guide and mentor Sales and Artistry Coordinators, overseeing their performance and fostering strong retailer relationships.


Operations

Implement strategic plans to support business growth, managing scheduling and resource allocation effectively.

Ensure the retail environment is consistently prepared for customers, maintaining inventory levels and operational standards.

Adhere to company policies regarding cash loss prevention and security measures.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Store and Retail Partner Relationships

Develop and nurture cooperative relationships with store teams, maximizing opportunities for collaboration.

Proactively suggest strategies to enhance sales performance within retail locations.

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:
3+ years of experience in the Beauty or Luxury industry

3+ years of retail management experience, including oversight of direct reports

Proven ability to create and execute successful sales strategies

Willingness to travel as needed

Strong relationship-building skills with retail partners

Demonstrated success in team development and leadership

Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Proficient in MS Office applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
