About This Role

The Business Manager, Beauty, is a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales and client development in the beauty department. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies to achieve vendor sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry
  • Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales and appointment goals
  • Participate in social media and other marketing initiatives to promote the beauty department

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a client-driven sales environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
