Fire Sprinkler Service Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Jet Industries. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Fire Sprinkler inspections, service, repairs, and minor tenant improvement tasks.
  • Carry out backflow testing, and repairs.
  • Service, test, and replace Fire Extinguishers.
  • Manage a 40-hour workweek, with rotational on-call duty for emergency service.
Requirements:
  • Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter Card Required.
  • Willingness to work occasional night shifts, weekends, and alternative hours to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Fire Sprinkler installation and repair experience is required.
  • Backflow testing certification OR/WA is preferred.
  • Portland Fire Extinguisher Certification is preferred.
  • Active Driver License. Required.
  • Adequate communication skills and a personable demeanor.
  • Portland and Washington Fitter Card Preferred.
  • Familiar with NFPA 25, NFPA 13/13D/13R. Required.
  • Have a growth mindset and obtain certifications promptly.
