Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of nursing practice and operations on our designated Emergency Department unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Team:
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Collaborate with multiple professionals to support and coordinate the provision/management of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience with leadership/supervisory roles
- Relevant clinical competence in Emergency Department nursing

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $170,000 per year
