About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
