Job Title: Resident Care Specialist

At Morada Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site guidance and support to our clinical team, ensuring consistent and effective nursing practice in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Advise and educate our team members on the principles of person-centered care delivery, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement clinical projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing corrective action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of clinical practice and operational procedures in assisted living and memory care settings.
  • Ability to perform proficiently in all nursing competency areas, within scope of practice, including direct resident care, family support, resident rights, and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and resident-centered care.
