Key Responsibilities:

The Care Resource Research Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and connecting with resources that assist our clients. This position involves pinpointing the most suitable community-based services that align with a client's specific needs. The specialist will directly reach out to these resources to assess their suitability and determine if they can effectively meet the client's requirements. Key areas of focus include alternative housing, financial aid, mental health support, home repairs, relocation services, pet care, and health & wellness.

  • Utilize various tools (internal databases and online resources) to ensure the needs of Care's members are met.
  • Conduct research, map out, and contact potential resources via phone to pre-screen them according to client-specific case criteria.
  • Propose and implement innovative research sources, tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques, sharing insights with colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction by adhering to company productivity and case quality benchmarks.
  • Document case research, status updates, processes, and outcomes in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Alternatively, 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional research and networking abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to team collaboration and support.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Hourly Rate: $21/hr

The salary range mentioned represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors, including work location, experience, and performance. The listed range is just one component of Care's total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and a variety of employee benefits such as health insurance, life and disability coverage, a generous 401K matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
