  • Comply with all state and federal regulations related to this role.
  • Accurately complete member or account-related forms and forward to the appropriate department.
  • Educate and inform members on credit union products and services, and refer or cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Perform member account maintenance functions, including closures, personal and account data changes, and account openings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and use credit union PC hardware and software
  • Proactive and positive attitude
Working Conditions

This position requires minimal travel and is based in a low-to-moderate noise level environment.
