We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our patients.

• Provide clear and concise instructions to patients to help them navigate the healthcare system
• Follow up with patients to resolve any questions or concerns they may have
• Assist with administrative duties in the office, including patient registration and scheduling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
