We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis center, where you will have the chance to deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment, working together to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
