Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide quality medical care to our Nation's Veterans in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Assess and manage patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with 1 year in Emergency Medicine
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Active DEA registration
