Facility Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
The Facility Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility, providing a positive member experience. This role involves thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and gym areas
- Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products
- Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager
- Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately
Requirements:
- Prior custodial experience is preferred
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Able to work third shift
- Honesty and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Diplomacy in all interactions
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands:
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
Compensation: $16-20 per hour (estimated annual salary: $32,000 - $40,000)
