Job Description

As a Delivery Expert at Domino's Franchise, you are the key to delivering fast and delectably delicious pizzas to our hungry customers. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer communication skills, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, navigating diverse terrain and traffic conditions.
  • Manage inventory and stock ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process telephone orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely pizza delivery.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and meet strict quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain.
  • Physical stamina to perform daily tasks from a standing position, including walking, lifting, and bending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and making change.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Exposure to food preparation and handling.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
