Position Overview:
The Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to enhance our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly cleans and restores vacant rooms to pristine condition, including light fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, windows, and floors.
  • Performs daily stay-over service for all occupied rooms.
  • Maintains a well-stocked and organized cleaning cart.
  • Assists with special cleaning projects and laundry tasks as required.
  • Communicates maintenance needs promptly.
  • Interacts with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any complaints to a supervisor immediately.
  • Timely reporting and processing of lost and found items.
  • Adheres to all key control protocols.
  • Completes additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and standing for the duration of the shift.
