Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing all security support roles and liaising with the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) for the Architect of the Capitol.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Company in matters related to schedules, employee assignments, performance assessment, and administration.
- Assist with planning, developing, and implementing physical, personnel, and information security programs in consultation with the Security Division.
- Supervise all security specialists and security support roles.
- Perform other security duties as assigned.
- Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the contract.
- Minimum of six years of supervisory or team leader experience in the security field.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple security disciplines.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach, train, and mentor employees.
