As they expand, they seek a committed Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with comprehensive knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system to assist the finance department and ensure adherence to SOX regulations.

Role Summary:
The Techno-Functional BSA will be pivotal in supporting the finance team with auditing, data modeling, reporting, and vendor integrations. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in NetSuite, particularly in finance, with additional knowledge in supply chain management and inventory control being advantageous. This position involves working closely with business stakeholders, establishing controls and processes, and enhancing system capabilities to optimize overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Assistance: Support SOX compliance audits and ensure financial closing processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Data Modeling & Job Scaling: Aid in job scaling initiatives and develop efficient data models for improved reporting and analytics.
  • Reporting Development: Create and maintain tailored reports, saved searches, and ad hoc reporting to fulfill the finance team's requirements.
  • Customer Data Oversight: Manage customer data and bundles through third-party vendors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in NetSuite, advising the finance team on optimizing system configuration and functionality.
  • Integration Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for seamless integration and data flow.
  • System Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues within NetSuite, working alongside business partners to overcome technical challenges.
  • Change Deployment: Assist in implementing new changes, functionalities, and releases within the NetSuite ERP system.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT processes for new features to ensure successful deployment.
  • Workflow Automation: Engage in automating workflows related to payables and procurement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Techno-Functional BSA, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite ERP.
  • NetSuite Knowledge: Extensive understanding of NetSuite modules, particularly in finance.
  • SOX Compliance Familiarity: Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and auditing practices.
  • Reporting Skills: Proficient in developing custom reports and utilizing NetSuite's reporting tools.
  • Integration Understanding: Familiarity with integration processes involving third-party vendors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; effective communication with both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
