Job Overview

This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing remote work on designated days. The selected candidate will be integral in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and compile financial statements along with SEC periodic reports, including Form 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and tie-outs for SEC filings, earnings call materials, and annual reports to guarantee precision and consistency.
  • Collaborate with various business units to gather necessary information for Annual and Quarterly Reports.
  • Work closely with other departments to secure appropriate support for reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of additional SEC filings as required.
  • Ensure adherence to SEC, FASB, and GAAP regulations.
  • Support the External Auditors by preparing relevant documentation.
  • Maintain the in-house SEC reporting system effectively.
  • Review XBRL instance documents to confirm data tagging completeness and compliance with SEC requirements.
  • Provide quality assurance for external financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX in related reporting areas.
  • Engage in other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a BA in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public or industry accounting.

A strong understanding of SEC reporting and US GAAP is essential, as is experience with financial and accounting reporting systems. A CPA or CMA designation is advantageous.
