Job Title: Director - Accounting Advisory

Centri Business Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our accounting advisory services. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex financial and accounting challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple engagement teams to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in accounting and advisory services, with a strong background in financial reporting and SEC compliance.
  • CPA license and strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
