Position Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Specialist to become a vital member of our Projects Team. This role is essential for ensuring the effective execution of diverse projects, assisting the Senior Project Manager, and contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to both residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support the Senior Project Manager in tracking project developments, liaising with various departments to guarantee timely task completion, and upholding project timelines.
  • Documentation Management: Create, revise, and sustain comprehensive training resources and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure clarity and uniformity.
  • Post-Implementation Oversight: Supervise the integration of new processes and tools following their launch, pinpoint challenges in their application, and collaborate with teams to devise and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Excellence: Compose and refine bulk and automated communications to residents, ensuring that messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with our standards of excellence.
  • Technology Utilization & Support: Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of written communications, remaining at the forefront of technological advancements in our industry. Support the development of RENU's core property management and communication technologies.
  • Professional Growth: Adapt to changing responsibilities and seize opportunities for advancement within the organization, contributing to ongoing improvement and innovation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Success Metrics
  • Completion of assigned projects and tasks on schedule with minimal delays.
  • Rapid identification and resolution of adoption challenges.
  • Documentation is readily accessible and comprehensible to all team members and stakeholders.
  • All resident communications are professional, clear, and consistent with our brand.
  • Proactive identification and addressing of issues and opportunities, with innovative and effective solutions.
  • Noticeable reduction in recurring issues due to successful problem resolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in project coordination or a similar capacity.
  • 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on crafting clear and engaging written content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to assist in writing and project coordination tasks. Experience with property management software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing creative and effective solutions.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, able to work seamlessly with others and take initiative when necessary.
