  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integrations and resolve user issues
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless data handling
  • Provide feedback on the new tool to improve its functionality
  • Reduce risk in handling warehouse data

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing and managing supply chain SAP tools
  • Conducting audits and performance reviews
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise with ASNs (advanced shipping notice)
  • Hands-on experience working with suppliers
  • Analyze data to improve products/services
  • High school diploma/GED

Work Environment:

The hours are 6am-3pm EST, and the position is on-site at our client's facility in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
