Key Responsibilities:
- Train and Develop Employees: Provide coaching and guidance to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Delegate Tasks and Monitor Performance: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance to ensure goals are met.
