About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a travel nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience working in a long-term care environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience working in a long-term care environment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a 13-week contract position, paying $150,000 per year, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
