About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in long-term acute care to work with critically ill patients and provide high-quality patient care.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a specialty and be licensed as an RN. As a senior intensive care nurse specialist, you will play a critical role in preventing disease and providing emotional support for patients and their families.

You will work in an acute care hospital or long-term acute care center, providing care for patients with medically or surgically complex cases. Your patients may require ventilators, transfusions, complex wound care, or ongoing dialysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
