The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels LTD is proud to operate The Quail, a prestigious hotel located in California's picturesque Carmel Valley. Our team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director, Membership and Events.
- Create reports, meeting agendas, and manage key projects with precision.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in a professional office setting or as an Administrative Assistant required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
