Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and develop effective marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients and grow our business.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospect and network for new clients, secure appointments, and provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are met.
  • Product Sales and Service: Effectively sell insurance and investment solutions to clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure their financial goals are achieved.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow our business, including market research, competitor analysis, and community outreach.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • License and Certifications: Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire, and obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 within one year of employment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong interpersonal, relationship, and influence skills; effective communication skills; ability to analyze client needs and sell tailored solutions.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to work flexible hours, and have a valid driver's license.
