Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing plans.
  • Prospect and network with middle-market clients to identify qualified leads.
  • Conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to sell insurance and investment solutions.
  • Effectively plan and schedule sales, marketing, and service activities.
  • Market the Western & Southern Life brand at the local level and develop community relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client and company records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to obtain and hold State Life and Health license and FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 certifications.

Working Conditions:

The Financial Representative will have access to an automobile and must maintain a valid driver's license.
