Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized nursing qualification, such as a nursing professional, nurse, or nursing specialist.
  • Successful completion of a qualification as a responsible nursing professional, ward manager, or deputy head of care, as per §71 SGB XI.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and a patient-centered approach.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and awareness.
