Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise firewalls and security infrastructure systems.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks products, including Panorama, WildFire, and Global Protect. They will also have experience with cloud deployments, data center environments, and hosted solutions.

Responsibilities will include providing support to project managers on security and network deployments, responding to emergency situations, and performing effective troubleshooting during production outages. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining client security and networking devices, upgrading when necessary, and providing support for other engineers on Palo Alto equipment and software.

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can work outside of business hours as required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively document complex technical issues and summarize them for a broad audience of technical and business managers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8) certification preferred
  • CCNP Security certified (or higher)
  • Experience with network capacity planning, disaster recovery, network security principles, and general network management best practices
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure cloud security
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
