About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at Regus. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our center, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including customer service, sales support, and facilities management.
  • Lead a team of Community Associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
  • Ensure that all center operations are running smoothly, including billing, customer onboarding, and facilities maintenance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience with MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
