Job Description

At iStaff Pros, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Social Media Specialist to support our daily office operations and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, managing office communications, and handling inquiries from clients and visitors.
    • Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all logistics are in place.
    • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases; prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Monitor and order office supplies; manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
    • Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for staff as needed.
    • Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
  • Social Media Duties:
    • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
    • Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice.
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with relevant online communities.
    • Track social media performance using analytics tools, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new ideas to increase engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; 1+ year of experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage time efficiently.
