Administrative Support Specialist

At iStaff Pros, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Social Media Specialist to support our daily office operations and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, managing office communications, and handling inquiries from clients and visitors.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all logistics are in place.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases; prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and order office supplies; manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for staff as needed.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
- Social Media Duties:
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with relevant online communities.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new ideas to increase engagement and reach.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; 1+ year of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage time efficiently.
