Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team in Tuckahoe, VA. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience.

Position Overview

As a Therapeutic Support Specialist with Soliant Education, you will provide speech and language services to students in a school setting. You will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and receive direct supervision to ensure the highest quality care for students with communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed SLPs to develop and implement effective speech and language plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support students' communication development
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • A Virginia SLPA license
