Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that frozen food products are always stocked and rotated properly, and that inventory levels are managed effectively to minimize loss and maximize sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cooler, and backroom, and ensure that all equipment and displays are in good working order.
  • Receiving and Stocking: Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries, including the operation of power jacks and hand jacks, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company guidelines and regulations, and ensure that all personal protective equipment (PPE) is used properly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills required.
