Available Shifts: 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7
About the Role:
The Patient Care Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering essential care to patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing fundamental patient care under the supervision of nursing personnel.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Maintaining active nursing aide certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with patients of diverse age groups.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid nursing assistant certification or state testing.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
- Exhibit teamwork, patience, and a positive attitude while interacting with residents.
- Ability to communicate effectively regarding residents' conditions.
